General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the sale of products published on the website www.ulje-ramov.hr. By using this website, the User of www.ulje-ramov.hr or the Buyer confirms that they are aware of and agree with the General Terms and Conditions, purchase terms, and privacy policy. It is considered that by placing an order, the Buyer fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions and purchase terms. By using this website, the User confirms their familiarity and agreement with these terms. All rights to the website www.ulje-ramov.hr are owned by the company RAMOV d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

Sales Contract

The sales contract for products between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment the order is placed.

The Buyer can only be an adult and legally capable person. A contract in the name and on behalf of minors or legally incapacitated persons may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians. Partially legally capable persons may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller is not responsible for actions contrary to this provision.

The User is required to provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information when filling out the contact form. Failure to do so entitles the Seller to deny the User access to or fulfillment of all or part of the services offered on www.ulje-ramov.hr.

Accuracy of Data

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that all data, product descriptions, photographs, and prices published on the website are accurate and up to date.

Despite this, unintentional errors or technical omissions may occur, which will be corrected immediately upon discovery.

Such errors do not affect the consumer's legal rights, including the right to complain, product replacement, product return, or exercise of other rights prescribed by applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The Consumer Protection Act (N.N.41/14, 110/15) applies to these terms and conditions.

Conclusion and Termination of Distance Sales Contract

The subject and commercial purpose of the contract is the purchase of a selected product or service through the "www.ulje-ramov.hr" online store, with payment of the corresponding price. The contract is concluded using remote communication means (distance contract), including online orders, printed promotional messages with order forms, and telephone orders with human assistance.

The Buyer may opt to receive information from the Seller about new products, promotions, and discounts (newsletter). After successfully completing registration (by correctly filling in all required details), the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.

Products available for purchase are listed on "www.ulje-ramov.hr," with product specifications, pricing, and VAT included.

Right to Unilateral Contract Withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right, without stating a reason, to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which the goods came into possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.

To exercise the right to unilateral withdrawal, the buyer must, before the expiry of the aforementioned period, notify the seller with an unambiguous statement sent by email to info@ulje-ramov.hr.

The buyer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day they notified the seller of the contract withdrawal.

The seller will refund all received payments, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice was received. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.

The buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the products.

Complaints

If you find upon first use that the product you received is defective or that you are not satisfied with it, please contact us and follow the steps outlined below.

Send us the order number, your name and surname, a description of the complaint, and a picture of the product via email at info@ulje-ramov.hr or call us at +385 98 169 4938.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your complaint and, based on your description, inform you whether the product can be replaced with a new one or if a refund is possible.

In cases where the product can be replaced with a new one or a refund can be issued, we will arrange for a courier service to pick up the returned product from your address and return it to our store.

Once the product arrives at our store, we will notify you regarding the refund or the shipment of the replacement product. For any questions about refunds or replacement shipments, feel free to contact us at info@ulje-ramov.hr or call +385 98 169 4938.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, such damages will be visible upon receipt of the package. In such cases, please do not accept the shipment. Contact us immediately so we can verify the condition of the shipment and send a replacement as soon as possible.

At Ramov, we carefully select only the best products for you. However, if you are not satisfied or have received a defective product, we are here to assist you. We believe that we will resolve your complaint to our mutual satisfaction.

Customers are informed about how their data is used and are regularly given the option to choose whether their data will be used for marketing purposes.
